Coastal Marine Advisory Council

This Council advises the governor, the legislature, and state and local agencies on coastal waters resource management issues on Washington's Pacific coast, including policy, planning, and management.

About the Council

In May 2013, Governor Inslee signed a bill into law that established the Washington Coastal Marine Advisory Council in the Office of the Governor. The Department of Ecology provides the primary staff support of the council.
