Updated Health Screening Process
Heading into an Ecology building or out to do Ecology field work?
Use our new self-screening tool to see if you meet agency criteria for working in one of our buildings or conducting Ecology business in the field. This applies to agency employees, Washington Conservation Corps (WCC) members, agency vendors and contractors, and anyone doing agency business in the field or in one of our buildings.
In response to the Governor’s executive order rescinding COVID-19 restrictions and fully opening Washington, Ecology staff will now be able to consistently work with our partners in person. We continue to remind all regulated entities that they must continue to comply with their legal and regulatory requirements as Washington resumes normal business activities.
We've been responding and adjusting our work practices as appropriate to the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020. Early on, we recognized some businesses would experience disruptions as a consequence of the pandemic and Stay Home/Stay Healthy order. Ecology offered a number of options to assist the regulated community for overcoming challenges. All applicable state requirements remained in effect throughout this time.
We will continue working with regulated entities to ensure compliance with state and federal law. If you have questions, please contact us through one of the "Points of contact" below.
