Waste Not Washington: School Awards

This award recognizes a K-12 public, private, or tribal school or school district’s ongoing efforts to maintain and expand waste reduction, composting, and recycling programs.

This is intended to not only recognize a school for their past efforts but to support the continuation and future goals of their programs. We may recognize sustainable school programs created and implemented within five years of the application date.

What resources are available to make this project successful?
