Draft Workload Analysis & Budget

Air Operating permits

Feb. 28, 2020 - April 28, 2020, 11:59 p.m.

Comment on the draft workload analysis and budget that estimates the cost of administering and managing the Air Operating Permit Program for the upcoming biennium (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023).

Background

Commercial and industrial businesses that emit large amounts of air pollution are required to get an air operating permit. An air operating permit is a master document that lists all of the air pollution requirements that apply to a business or industry. We issue these permits along with other clean air agencies in Washington.
