North Idaho Drilling, Inc. – Portable Rock Crusher

Air Quality General Order – Opportunity to request a public comment period

April 15, 2019 - April 30, 2019

North Idaho Drilling, Inc., located at 110 Homer Drive in St. Maries, Idaho, submitted a Facility Report of Closure for a portable rock crusher currently covered under Washington's air quality general order.

Ecology plans to rescind this coverage order as requested. We will hold a public comment period on the draft rescission order only if a written request is received by April 30, 2019.

Background

Ecology issues general order permits to commercial sources of air pollution. A general order is a permit issued to similar sources of air pollution, instead of a series of individual permits.  This simplifies the air permitting process.
