Ecology is proposing to submit a revision of Washington’s air quality State Implementation Plan (SIP) to EPA.
This proposed revision would update parts of Northwest Clean Air Agency's rule that are in the State Implementation Plan. Northwest Clean Air Agency has adopted the rule.
