Wildlands and Port of Everett propose to establish a conservation and mitigation bank in Snohomish County.
The proposal currently involves approximately 353 acres to restore and reconnect tidal marsh habitat in the Snohomish Estuary and provide off-channel fish rearing and refuge habitat. For more information on this project, check the Blue Heron Slough project web page.
We and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are soliciting comments from interested parties to identify project aspects that need to be addressed during the bank review process. See our wetland mitigation bank public notice web page for detailed information.
All interested parties are invited to provide comment during this public comment period. There are several ways to provide comments. You only need to submit your comments once.
