The workload analysis identifies the annual costs expected from PCRC

Washington law requires that we prepare an annual Workload Analysis (WLA) for public comment. The WLA identifies the annual costs it expects to incur to implement, administer, and enforce the post-consumer recycled content requirements.

Washington's PCRC laws require many plastic producers in the state to include a minimum amount of recycled plastic resin in their products. This includes plastic trash bags and many types of plastic bottles.
