TC Systems, Inc. Agreed Order

Public Comment Period

October 5, 2018 - November 5, 2018

Ecology invites you to review and comment on the following draft Amended Agreed Order, draft Interim Action Work Plan, proposed SEPA Determination of Non-significance for the TC Systems, Inc. cleanup site in Everett, WA.  The draft Amended Agreed Order is a legal agreement between Ecology and the Potentially Liable Parties who are responsible for the cleanup to provide remedial action at the site.  The draft Interim Action Work Plan describes the proposed remedial actions to address cleanup on a portion of the site by digging out soil for replacement of 300 feet of stormwater trunkline along the southern edge of the site.  The proposed SEPA determination of non-significance explains the possible environmental consequences of the cleanup action and the determination that impacts are unlikely to result insignificant adverse effect.
