Aquatic and Invasive Species Control workshop and public hearing — morning

Draft Permit Public Comment Period

Jan. 24, 2023, 10 a.m., Online webinar

Join us to learn more about the new Aquatic and Invasive Species Control permit during the informational workshop. You are also invited to provide testimony on the draft permit during the public hearing.

The purpose of the workshop is to explain the general permit and to answer questions prior to the formal public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for people to give formal oral testimony on the proposed draft permit. Oral testimony will receive the same consideration as written comments.

The public hearing will begin immediately following each workshop and will conclude when testimony is complete.
