We are asking for informal comments on the following preliminary drafts for the 2024 Western Washington municipal stormwater permits’ reissuance:

Preliminary draft, Phase I, Structural Stormwater Controls Program (S5.C.7)
Preliminary draft, Western WA Municipal Stormwater Permit, Phase II, Stormwater Management for Priority Developed Areas (new section)

Municipal stormwater general permits cover discharges from municipal stormwater systems. These are systems run by public entities that are separated from sanitary sewer systems. Learn about our municipal stormwater general permits.
