National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permit

Jan. 13, 2020 - Feb. 12, 2020, 11:59 p.m.

We invite your comments on the reissuance of NPDES permit no. WA0031046.

We are reissuing the draft permit no. WA0031046 to Pacific Fishermen Shipyard and Electric LLC. The permit authorizes the discharge of treated stormwater to the Lake Washington Ship Canal.

You may view the documents at Pacific Fishermen Shipyard & Electric LLC or visit the Water Quality Permitting and Reporting Information System (PARIS) website.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities and industries using the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes directly into lakes, rivers, Puget Sound, or the ocean (surface water). All wastewater must be treated before it goes into surface water to protect human health and aquatic life.  Learn more about water quality individual permits.
