Announcement of Availability of Application

We invite your comments on the permit application for Ancient Lake Wine Company in Grant County. The permit allows the discharge of wastewater via spray irrigation for final treatment.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).
