State Waste Discharge Permit ST0045535

We invite your comments on the permit renewal application for reissuance of draft permit ST0045535 for AstaReal Technologies algae manufacturing facility located in Grant County. The permit authorizes the discharge of industrial wastewater to the Port of Moses Lake POTW.
