We invite your comments on draft permit no. ST0007332 being reissued to National Food NW LLC. The permit authorizes the discharge of treated wastewater to the City of Marysville Wastewater Treatment Plant.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTW). Learn more about water quality individual permits.
