We invite your comments on draft state waste discharge permit no. ST0003861 being reissued to Perdue Foods LLC - Draper Valley Farms. The permit authorizes the discharge of poultry processing wastewater, contaminated stormwater and cooling tower blowdown to the City of Mount Vernon Wastewater Treatment Plant.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs). Learn more about water quality individual permits.
