Announcement of availability of application

We invite your comments on the permit renewal application for reissuance of draft permit ST0008077 for SVZ USA located in Adams County. The permit authorizes the discharge of process wastewater via spray irrigation and lined pond storage.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs). Learn more about water quality individual permits.
