Wastewater Discharge Permit - State Waste Discharge Permit

We invite your comments on draft permit no. ST0005174.

This permit is being reissued to Schenk Packing Co. Inc. The permit authorizes the application of process wastewater to the designated land treatment site via spray irrigation not to exceed the agronomic rates for nitrogen and water.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs). Learn more about water quality individual permits.
