Chapter 173-230 WAC

On July 10, 2019 the Department of Ecology adopted amendments to Chapter 173-230 WAC Certification of Operators of Wastewater Treatment Plants. This rulemaking establishes a new fee schedule, clarifies requirements, and codifies existing program practices to improve the Wastewater Operator Certification Program.  Please see our Wastewater Operator Certification Program webpage for more information.
