New EAGL IGX

Ecology is in the final phase of a 20-month project to modernize the EAGL (Ecology's Administration of Grants and Loans) system. The system will be unavailable for updates starting Sept. 10, 2025. The new system is expected to be online by Oct. 15, 2025.

Viewing agreement documents in original EAGL system

The original EAGL system will be available to view agreement documents that have not yet been moved to EAGL IGX. The information is expected to be moved to EAGL IGX by the end of the year, and users will be notified of the change at that time. Access is limited to read-only, and users will be unable to modify existing data but will be able to view and print documents. New users who have never registered in the original EAGL system need to register to access the original version of EAGL. This includes submitting a new user registration using the instructions below.

Note: If you are a newly registered EAGL user, the EAGL system will notify the "authorized official" in your organization that you are a new user. Once you are registered in EAGL, the "authorized official" must add you to each agreement you need to access.
