March 6, 2025, 12 a.m. - March 21, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PT
We propose to approve Peak Sand and Gravel’s air quality general order application for a portable rock crusher. We will hold a public comment period if one is requested.
Peak Sand and Gravel applied for coverage under the general order to operate its Plant 7 portable rock crusher.
Document for review
We determined this proposal satisfies the requirements of Chapter 173-400 WAC. We plan to approve the application. We will hold a public comment period on a draft air permit ("approval order") that includes this change if we receive a written request by March 21, 2025.
To request a public comment period, use one of the ways listed below.

Background
An air quality general order is a group permit that simplifies the air permitting process. When several sources of air pollution are similar, we can issue a “general order” for all the sources, rather than a series of individual permits.
