Washington BEACH monitoring

We are seeking input on our proposed list of marine beaches to be tested during the 2026 swimming season.

All interested parties are invited to provide feedback during this public comment period.

The state’s BEACH Program tests Washington’s popular saltwater beaches for fecal bacteria to help people avoid getting sick from playing in the water.
