Background
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Ross Complex is an active facility that manages and controls the generation and transmission of electricity across the Pacific Northwest. We are proposing to reissue the dangerous waste permit for BPA Ross to authorize the continued management of dangerous waste at the Ross Complex. When issued, the permit will be in effect for a period of 10 years.
