Morning public listening session

We invite you to attend our next public listening session to share information and provide feedback on our draft rule to establish a new formal permitting program for projects that could alter or impact wetlands, streams and other state waters.

This listening session will cover updates on the development of the rule and the proposed exemptions and process for submitting a notification.

We would like to hear your thoughts on these concepts. Please let us know your suggestions, needs, concerns, and recommendations for us, to help guide us as we develop the permit rule.
