Feb. 27, 2026, 12 p.m. - March 16, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT
Sedron Technologies is seeking coverage under the Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management.
We invite you to comment on a SEPA Determination of Nonsignificance issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) for Sedron Technologies Biosolids R&D Facility’s Application for Coverage under the Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management.
Under this proposal, a facility will be installed at an existing industrial complex to conduct small batch testing on biosolids from local municipalities. Biosolids will be returned to a permitted facility at the end of testing. No new construction or earthworks will be required to implement the facility.
