Associated Petroleum Products Inc. Draft Permit

The permit allows World Fuel Services Corporation — doing business as Associated Petroleum Products Inc. — release treated industrial stormwater into the Blair Waterway. The water travels through the Lincoln Avenue ditch and then through an unnamed drainage ditch before reaching the waterway.

Background

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities and industries using the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permit.
