Norm Nelson Inc. Draft Permit

The permit allows Norm Nelson, Inc. to send (discharge) treated potato wash water to Gages Slough via the City of Burlington municipal separate storm sewer (city storm sewer) at the permitted location. Background

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities and industries using the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes directly into lakes, rivers, Puget Sound, or the ocean (surface water).
