We invite you to comment on the draft permit No. ST0006221

The proposed permit to be issued to Tenino Water Reclamation Facility authorizes the production, distribution and use of Class A reclaimed water to be distributed to the percolation pond directly behind the reclaimed water facility. Reclaimed — or recycled — water starts out as domestic wastewater (sewage), but is then treated and tested to make sure it is safe to use. The Department of Health and Ecology work together to issue individual permits to facilities for reclaimed water projects.
