We invite your comments on the development of a draft State Waste Discharge (SWD) Permit No. ST0005174. The permit allows Schenk Packing Company, Inc. to apply (discharge) process wastewater to the designated land treatment site via spray irrigation not to exceed the agronomic rates for nitrogen and water, and at rates for any other wastewater constituents to protect background water quality.
