We invite your comments on draft State Waste Discharge Permit ST0008016 being reissued to the City of Deer Park Wastewater Treatment Facility located in Spokane County. The permit authorizes the seasonal discharge of municipal wastewater to a series of land treatment sites totalling 178 acres located on Deer Park airport property
