Wastewater Discharge Permit - State Waste Discharge Permit

We invite you to comment on the Draft Permit No. ST0006031.

The draft permit we proposed to reissue to Forks Wastewater Treatment Plant authorizes the discharge of treated domestic wastewater to groundwater via infiltration basins on the grounds.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).
