We invite you to comment on draft Water Quality Permit No. ST0006171 (aka ST 6171) Modification

The facility discharges wastewater to the Three Rivers Regional wastewater treatment system. You may view the documents for Foster Farms Kelso Plant, or visit the Water Quality Permitting and Reporting Information System (PARIS) website.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).  Learn more about water quality individual permits.
