Wastewater Discharge Permit - State Waste Discharge Permit

We invite your comments on draft state waste discharge permit No. ST0501368, which is being issued to Hempler Foods Group.

The draft permit authorizes the discharge of process wastewater to the City of Ferndale Wastewater Treatment Plant. You may view the draft permit, fact sheet and related documents at Hempler Foods Group or visit the Water Quality Permitting and Reporting Information System (PARIS) website.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).  Learn more about water quality individual permits.
