Announcement of Availability of Application
We invite your comments on the permit renewal application for reissuance of draft permit No. ST0008063 for the Port of Moses Lake industrial wastewater collection and treatment system located in Grant County. The permit authorizes the discharge of wastewater to storage ponds with seasonal land application via spray irrigation.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs). Learn more about water quality individual permits.
