Royal Pack Wastewater Discharge Permit Application

We invite your comments on the permit application for Royal Pack beef  cattle processing and meat production facility located in Franklin County. The permit authorizes the discharge of wastewater into two evaporation and storage lagoons. If lagoons near max capacity, excess wastewater can be land applied with spray irrigation at the site or trucked to separate permitted locations for land application.
