How to submit UST documents electronically

Accessing and using TEDS

First, you’ll need to create a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account, unless you already have one).

1. Go to https://secureaccess.wa.gov.

2. Create a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account, or login in if you already have one.

3. Add the TEDS service to your account:

   1. Click Add a New Service

   2. Click I have been given a code by an agency.

   3. Type "TEDS7170" into the text box, then click Submit.

   4. You will receive a confirmation of your registration request. Click the OK button to go back to the home screen. 

   5. You will receive an email notification when your request is approved.

4. When you log in to SAW, there should be a link to TCP External Document Submittal on the homepage.

5. Follow the instructions on the Document Submission page. You can upload up to ten documents at one time.
