The TMDL lead will present information on the draft Pilchuck River TMDL and will have time for question and answers.

Tips for attending the event

While not required, we recommend that you register in advance using the registration link. This helps make sure you have any needed software updates taken care of early so you may participate on time.

Here are some other things you may find helpful.

  • We recommend you use the Google Chrome browser when signing in.
  • Plan to join us 15 minutes or so before the event begins, around 4:45 p.m.

The federal Clean Water Act requires states to develop a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) — or water quality improvement project — plan for each water body on the state's polluted waters list, also known as the 303(d) list. This science-based approach assigns a numerical value that represents the highest amount of a pollutant a surface water body can receive and still meet the water quality standards.
