Public hearings for proposed rule language

2015

  • March 3, 2015: Spokane
  • March 4, 2015: Yakima
  • March 12: Olympia (in-person and via webinar)
The rule to establish water quality standards for toxics in Washington, previously proposed in January 2015, was not adopted. Based on directive from the Governor's office, this proposed rule was withdrawn on August 4, 2015.

2016

  • April 5, 2016: Seattle
  • April 6, 2016: Spokane
  • April 7, 2016: Webinar (afternoon and evening)
