Public events

If Ecology determines there is significant public interest, an online public hearing to accept oral comments will be held at 6 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2025. Please use this link to register for the public hearing. Registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the hearing. To express interest in this public hearing or to request registration help, contact Tara Roberts at tara.roberts@ecy.wa.gov. Ecology will notify interested parties on Dec. 15, 2025 if the public hearing will not be held due to a lack of significant interest.
