Water quality permit modification

We invite you to review and comment on the draft National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System water quality permit modification for WestRock Tacoma from April 23 – June 4, 2025.

An online public hearing to accept oral comments will be held on May 28, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. Please register for the public hearing. Registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the hearing. To express interest in this I public hearing or to request registration help, contact Tara Roberts at tara.roberts@ecy.wa.gov. When the comment period ends, we'll review the comments received and make a final decision on issuing the permit.
