Annual TMDL/ARP prioritization

We want your feedback on our current and proposed water cleanup work.

We are hosting our annual webinar on Oct. 23, 2025 to share where we are planning to conduct our water cleanup work (TMDLs), provide updates on current work, and to answer questions. We will accept comments online on our TMDL prioritization after the webinar, starting Oct. 23.

We have heard from communities that they want a formal opportunity to help us establish our priorities. We will be taking comments from October 23 until Nov. 28, 2025. We will consider your feedback as we make progress on current work and consider potential future work.

Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDL) and Advance Restoration Plans (ARP) are water improvement plans that set goals and actions for impaired water to meet state and federal water quality standards. They are long term, several year projects.
