Wastewater Discharge Permit - State Waste Discharge Permit

We invite you to comment on draft Water Quality Permit No. ST0501380 (previously known as ST0006002, ST 6002)

The facility discharges wastewater to the City of Washougal wastewater treatment system. You may view the documents for Pendleton Woolen Mills, or visit the Water Quality Permitting and Reporting Information System (PARIS) website.

We regulate wastewater released from municipalities or industries using the State Waste Discharge Permit. This permit regulates wastewater that goes into the ground (groundwater) or to a publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).  Learn more about water quality individual permits.
