Background

We are reviewing and updating POL-1020, Consumptive and Nonconsumptive Water Use Policy and Interpretive Statement. The current policy was adopted in 1991 and is being updated to ensure compliance with existing case law. As part of the process, we are seeking comment on a draft policy update.
