Background

We are reviewing and updating POL-1280, Development Schedules for Water Right Changes and Transfers 
Policy and Interpretive Statement. This policy is being updated to provide clarity and transparency on when Ecology will issue change development schedules and the requirements for being issued a superseding document after a change to a water right is approved. As part of the process, we are seeking comment on a draft policy update.
