Aquatic Invasive Species General Permit

The Aquatic Invasive Species General Permit covers the in-water treatment of aquatic invasive animal species and nonnative invasive marine algae. This permit will allow for the treatment of early infestations and for small localized projects that may lead to the eradication or containment of invasive species.
