Annual Report 2023
The Washington State Mercury-Containing Lights Product Stewardship Program began on Jan. 1, 2015, for the collection and recycling of mercury-containing lights sold at retail. Pursuant to WAC 173-910-430, each stewardship organization must submit an annual report to the department describing the results of implementing the stewardship organization's plan for the prior calendar year.
