We send decision letters to the applicant when we reach a final decision on their request for a water budget neutrality determination. We post the decision letters for 30 days. Appeals to these decisions should be directed to the Pollution Control Hearings Board, follow the instructions provided in the acceptance letter.

For water budget neutral projects which require a water right permit, we post draft decisions called reports of examination for 14 days.
