Blue Heron Slough Conservation and Mitigation Bank
The proposed 353-acre Blue Heron Slough bank is located between the cities of Everett and Marysville, on north Spencer Island, east of U.S. Interstate 5, in Snohomish County. The Interagency Review Team is beginning the review process for this bank.
