    • Phase 1 – 41 acres 
    • Phase 2 – 115 acres 
    • Phase 3 – 69 acres
  • Site actions:
    • Phase 1 – re-establish wetlands on 15 acres, rehabilitate wetlands on 4 acres, and create 15 acres of floodplain upland buffer
    • Phase 2 – re-establish wetlands on 79 acres, rehabilitate wetlands on 19 acres, and create 12 acres of floodplain upland buffer
    • Phase 3 – re-establish wetlands on 37 acres, rehabilitate wetlands on 5 acres, and create 16 acres of floodplain upland buffer
