Regulated Customer Survey results

Part of Ecology's core services is to issue environmental permits, make water rights determinations, and accredit labs. We also inspect and audit regulated customers and stakeholders required to comply with Washington’s environmental laws and rules.

A core component of Goal 1 of our strategic plan is to ensure we listen to the feedback of our regulated customers and use it to continually improve our work. We conduct the Regulated Customer Survey to gather that feedback, better understand what we're doing well, and identify where we can make improvements.
